Dear Stephen,
I wanted to personally write you a thank you note to respond to your questionnaire. You and your staff were excellent in helping me decide on which doors and what look I was going after. After I ordered, but before they were manufactured, I changed my mind about the textured doors, and went with the smooth look, it was no problem, the office even called to double check. My home is now up to date, and has the hardware that makes it easy to open the doors and is so beautiful to look at.
